First Line Supervisor (FLS) training program is transformed into more in depth leadership learning journey (Petchem Foundation) which is inclusive of leadership acumen topics covering Sabic supervisors’ leadership learning needs.
Petchem Foundation is newly developed immersive workshops are structured in 4 stages (6 months each), ensuring learning starts from self-leading, team leading, operations handling to business foundations. Each stage includes 5 days face to face training in addition to social learning, applied jobs learning, and mentoring.
